All three defendants were arrested at the New Bedford Police Station last night after being questioned by investigators probing the December 31st shooting death of Mr. Gant.

The three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned this morning in New Bedford District Court by Deputy Chief of the district attorney’s Homicide Unit, Assistant District Attorney Katie Rayburn, who has been coordinating the investigation into the homicide.
