December 16, 2021
The Fall River Superior Court Clerk’s Office has scheduled the arraignment of David Reed for Monday, December 20th at 9 am. The defendant will be arraigned on an indictment charging him with Murder and Armed Robbery in connection to the previously unsolved March 2001 killing of Rose Marie Moniz in New Bedford.

District Attorrney Thomas M. Quinn III will be in attendance and will make a brief statement to the media outside the courthouse after the arraignment.
