Motion To Revoke Stay of Sentence Filed in Michelle Carter Case; Court Sets Date for Her Appearance in Taunton

Prosecutors with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office have filed a Motion to Revoke the Stay of Sentence in the case of Commonwealth vs. Michelle Carter, and the court has set a date to take up the motion.
The matter is scheduled to occur on Monday, February 11th at 2 p.m. in a courtroom yet to be determined inside the Taunton Trial Court, 40 Broadway, Taunton, MA. The defendant has been given notice to appear.
