Tanya Singleton Arraignment Results and Arraignment Dates Set for Ortiz/Jenkins

Tanya Singleton was ordered held without bail without prejudice during her arraignment late this morning in Fall River Superior Court.

Ms. Singleton, 37, of Bristol, CT., was arraigned on an indictment charging her with conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact of murder connected to the ongoing investigation into the homicide of Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro. She pled not guilty during her arraignment today.

Superior Court Judge Frances McIntyre combined this new case with the criminal contempt case she had previously been arraigned on, and scheduled the cases for an October 24th pretrial hearing. That hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. in Fall River Superior Court.

The court has also scheduled arraignment dates for Carlos Ortiz and Shayana Jenkins, who were both indicted last week in connection to the ongoing probe.

Mr. Ortiz, 27, of Bristol, CT., will be arraigned on the indictment charging him with accessory to murder-after the fact on October 18th.

Ms. Jenkins, 24, of North Attleboro, will be arraigned on the indictment charging her with perjury on October 15th.

Both arraignments will take place in Fall River Superior Court during the morning session.
